Macam mana cara anda tanganinya...?? Saya..??
One of my way to handle that matter is 'berangan' hahahaha.... Alhamdu lillah it works (^_^)
Saya buka FB kawan-kawan.... tengok gambar-gambar aktiviti mereka... tengok ekspresi muka 'gembira' mereka.... its like their excitement being transfer to me (^_^) Yeeaaahh happy... Alhamdu lillah...
Lagi... lagi... saya dengar lagu yang best-best je.... lagu cinta...lagu cinta & lagu cinta hehehe... that is why i had been posted two lovely songs (Simbiosis by Ella & Keabadian Cinta by Anuar Zain) dengar lagu macam tu sambil buat kerja yang menimbun..... So far it work for me (^_^)
Mula-mula tadi nak buat kerja yang menimbun pun runsing je but after the therapy dapatlah buat dengan lebih gembira & tenang.... bila kita tenang selalunya benda jadi lebih senang (^_^)
Apa pun cara kita handle emosi kite.... buatlah.... asalkan cara itu betul (^_^)
